On the outside looking in, it may just seem like it’s a bunch of button mashing, but in reality these games have a wide range of characters with different attacks that a normal player wouldn’t perceive until they play the game.

This depth of gameplay, combined with the thrill of competition, keeps players engaged and returning for more.

In this article, we will discuss the 5 best fighting games similar to Tekken. Make sure to read through until the end for some bonus content!

BONUS: Battle of Olympus

Battle of Olympus is the flagship title we are developing at Revenant. We wanted to create an arcade-style fighting game that people can enjoy for years to come, so we drew inspiration from the blockbusters you read about above.

We released our first demo of Revenant — the first decentralized gaming ecosystem on the metis network — and we would be delighted if you tried it. Click here to play.

Battle of Olympus, however, goes a step further than its predecessors by allowing players to take ownership of in-game items. As such, we want to find a good balance between exciting gameplay and mechanics.
